Crumbcade support
Crumbcade is a match-three puzzle game for iPhone in which you can swap diagonally as well as up, down, left and right, so every piece has eight neighbours instead of four.
It is built to be played by eye or entirely by ear, with no separate cut-down mode.
Reporting a problem
The best way is the form inside the game. Open Settings and choose Report a problem, write what happened, and press Send.
It is the better route for three reasons:
- It can attach the technical details that answer most questions — which build you are on, which version of iOS, whether VoiceOver was running, which level you were playing. Everything it would send is listed on that screen, in words, before you send it, and there is a switch to send with none of it. What those details are is set out in the privacy policy.
- It is a plain text box, so it works properly with VoiceOver. There is no screenshot to draw on.
- It cannot lose what you wrote. Your words are saved on your phone before anything is sent, so no signal is only a delay — the report goes when the connection comes back.
Getting help another way
There is not yet an email address for Crumbcade — one is being set up, and it will be listed here as soon as it works. Until then, the Report a problem form in the game is the way to reach the person making it, and it is read. It is fine to use it for a question, not only for a bug.
If you are testing Crumbcade through TestFlight, you can also reply to whoever invited you.
Privacy
Crumbcade collects nothing at all unless you choose to send it. The full policy is at the Crumbcade privacy policy.
